I’ve been working with Sarah for a year and half now one-on-one and my fitness and health has improved dramatically. A lifelong knee injury had been a reason to not exercise for many years, but under Sarah’s guidance I am able to workout and do exercises I no longer thought possible. Sarah caters to my injury and adapts as we go which is great for my self confidence as I always felt like such a burden to trainers. We’ve started from the basics (even getting up off the ground was tricky previously) and built up strength and technique over time and as a result I have more flexibility, strength and physical ability than I thought possible. I walk taller and feel stronger and that is priceless. Highly recommend Sarah!

I love these classes because they are with a fun bunch of people, Sarah makes the class accessible for all different levels and we always have a laugh along the way. I'm far less likely to exercise on my own so group fitness is a great motivator.
